Saad & Vallas Realty Group is pleased to announce that two Starbucks investment properties sold December 30 to an out-of-town investor. The first location, at Shoppes of Midtown, sold for a 6.77% cap rate and is located within Mobile's historic district and is already a hotspot for coffee lovers in town. The other location at Providence Plaza, sold at a 7.30% cap rate and will open soon on Airport Boulevard.
