Saad Development Corporation is currently expanding its FedEx Ground facility in Houston, Texas from 129,000+ sf to 165,000+ sf. Ground-breaking was on April 26th, 2010. Saad Development is once again working with Termac Construction on this project. Termac is a Mobile-area contractor who has previously built several FedEx facilities for Saad Development across the Southeast. Completion is expected in October of 2010.
