Justin Smith and John Vallas have completed the sale of the Southern Earth Sciences building at 762 Downtowner Loop West to Jim Barnes Enterprises, the local McDonald's franchise partner. The building, which sold for $605,000.00, is a three-story office property and will retain Southern Earth Sciences and Clark, Geer, Latham & Associates as tenants.
