Edwin Watts Golf Shops, LLC is a leading retailer of golf equipment, apparel and accessories. Founded in 1968, Edwin Watts markets its products through 53 company owned stores located primarily in the South Eastern United States. Edwin Watts Golf also has seven franchised stores, along with an international mail order and internet business. Edwin Watts Golf is consistently ranked in the Top 50 in sales nationally among all sporting goods retailers.
Saad & Vallas Realty Group, L.L.C. has enjoyed a long relationship with Edwin Watts Golf and has provided real estate services on a number of occasions. This build-to-suit project in Concord, North Carolina was one of two sites that Saad & Vallas Realty Group, L.L.C. completed for Edwin Watts recently. The Concord project is a 9,999 square foot, free-standing golf retail store. It is located on an outparcel of the Concord Mills retail center, a large retail project anchored by BJ’s Wholesale Club, and Garden Ridge. Adjoining retailers include Chuck E Cheese and Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Across Interstate 85 is a very large mall anchored by Bass Pro Shop, Saks Fifth Avenue, Books A Million, AMC Theater and a number of other national retailers.
