A Georgia-based developer of convenience stores has completed a number of site acquisitions in the Mobile area, and is poised to continue developing sites at locations such as Old Shell Road at Sage Avenue, Spring Hill Avenue at Catherine Street, and Moffett Road at Wolf Ridge Road. The developers have selected Saad & Vallas Realty Group, L.L.C., as their exclusive brokers in the southern Alabama area.
