Gregory Saad, the president and broker for Saad Development Corporation and Saad & Vallas Realty Group, is representing Spring Hill College as it seeks a developer for its +/-10 acre tract of commercial property on the West I-65 Service Road, adjacent to the company's new corporate headquarters. The college, whose site includes 800 front feet on the service road, is seeking proposals from developers for hotel, restaurant, retail, office, or other commercial use.
